On 14 February 2013, Russell and Associates, a long-standing client of ours, held a 15-minute silent protest along Glenhove Road in support of Kwanele! ENUF is ENUF! and One Billion Rising, a global anti-rape initiative. Soho Design was given the opportunity to supply a 20 meter long banner for the protest to ensure that all passing motorists and pedestrians could easily see what the protest was about – to stop rape, stop sexual violence and stop the silence.

“Having a banner of this size and quality made the protest more visible, and easily attracted the attention of hundreds of motorists. We would like to thank Soho Design for their support of this important initiative,” said Charmane Russell, founder and owner of Russell and Associates.

Zambian Football Team Bus Branding

Experts in Vehicle branding Soho Design recently gave the National Zambian Football an impact-full start to their reign as African Champions by branding their team bus.

In February this year, Soho Design Innovations was given the opportunity to design and brand the Zambian National Football team's bus. The main focus of the design was to fall on the Copper bullet element "Chipolopolo" as the team is affectionately referred to by adoring fans. After some initial design was done, it was decided that the fans would have to have a say in the design and a Facebook link was created under the FAZ (Football Association of Zambia) Facebook Page.

Fans commented on 3 different variations of the design and after some tweaking in the design and almost 1000 comments, The Green "Chipolopolo" Bus design was born. Commenting on the branding of the Bus Kalusha Bwalya President of the Federation, says,” The bus is great motivation for the team. Each time the boys step on the bus they are reminded of their status and their achievement, which comes with great responsibility, For us, the involvement of our fans through our social media platforms was a great way of promoting ‘inclusivity’ in our decision. All the designs were great and Soho did an outstanding job”
